Barrie Carter is a sci-fi author, podcaster, and creative entrepreneur who builds immersive worlds that blend science, mystery, and human resilience. He is the mind behind CoreFall, Game Day, Beyond the Universe, and other works in the growing Fiction on the Edge universe—more than a 100-year interconnected timeline of novels, plus short stories, and podcasts.

Outside of writing, Barrie has a background in construction safety and apprenticeship training, where his hands-on leadership style influences the realism and grit in his stories. When he isn’t working on the next novel, he enjoys fishing, tackling home improvement projects, and developing new ideas for the Fiction on the Edge brand.
